Flavourology – the food experts behind the Gingerline immersive dining capers – has mixed the time-honoured with the avant-garde to create an interactive, multi-sensory menu to be enjoyed within an art and light installation in Noho Studios, central London.

For up to 70 guests, this edible adventure is perfect for foodie groups in search of an alternative to the turkey and tinsel this silly season.

The company aims to satisfy a traditional palette and excite the discerning diner, while engaging everyone in the active creation and presentation of five exceptional gastronomic experiences.
