GoButler: The ‘PA’ for everyone

Having a personal assistant to help organise your day, your workload and even your life can be an absolute godsend for those lucky enough to have one.

And while most CEOs, CFOs and managing directors already know the huge benefits associated with having a PA, for the majority of the UK workforce, it?s a distant dream. Or is it?

A free service, which is being called the ?Uber for personal assistants?, allows users to send a message to a ?hero? to help you get whatever you need.

Anything can be ordered from the GoButler service, with some of the most common requests being meal deliveries, travel arrangements and restaurant reservations, according to a Daily Mail report.

The developers of the service announced recently it has completed beta testing and is now available across the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

GoButler has more than 100,000 beta users and has received over 1 million requests in six countries. GoButler says it has 120 trained operators, known as ?heroes?, who are available any time of the day or night to fulfil requests.

The service is free, but the company expects to begin charging it once it becomes more established. So now we can all have a little taste of what it?s like to have a PA look after even the smallest requests.
