Great Days at Work

Great Days at Work: How Positive Psychology Can Transform Your Working Life โ€“ Suzanne Hazelton

(Kogan Page, ยฃ14.99)

Suzanne Hazelton writes with experience and knowledge throughout Great Days At Work, using her understanding of psychotherapy and work with numerous business leaders to add gravitas to her theories.

One of the overarching positives is its practicality; there are โ€˜quick winsโ€™ as well as long-term strategic plans, all with the goal of working more effectively.

As a busy PA, I found the diagrams and boxes easy to digest. The chapter lengths are punchy enough to make for great lunchtime reading and set out so they can be chosen to align with personal goals.

For anyone looking to have more great days at work, this book will help with target setting and, more importantly, target achievement, both in terms of wellbeing and working practice as a whole.
