Heritage Soho reveals ice carving, creative cocktails & DJ nights

Famed for its fancy fondue, molten raclette and table-top barbecuing, Heritage, Londonโ€™s first high-end Swiss restaurant, is now shining a spotlight on its bar with a new bar bites menu, unique cocktail and ice carving workshops, as well as regular guest DJs and a late licence.

Head to the striking circular bar which takes centre stage in the restaurant and relax on the leather-luxe high stalls, whilst the skilled mixologists get to work mixing and muddling a cocktail of your choice.

Watch as they carve extravagant ice diamonds with impressive hand saws – an artform originating from Japanโ€™s bar scene. Or, get hands on and take part in one of the new interactive cocktail workshops which include an ice carving demonstration with drinks expert Zoran Peric.

Whilst you might have come for the drinks, youโ€™ll stay for the food. The new bar bites menu takes you on a journey through Switzerland with tempting small plates of mini crispy rรถstis, and raclette with Cobble Lane Charcuterie, whilst the signature fondue with artisan bread, house pickles and potatoes is the perfect dish for two.

Come Thursday, the weekend has already arrived at Heritage, with rotating guest DJs playing a mixture of house and deep chill to electro-pop every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night until the early hours of the morning.

The cocktail workshop is bookable for groups of six up to 10 and priced at ยฃ50pp for two hours, and includes an ice carving demonstration and three contemporary cocktails.
