Exclusive bike hire is now available at Mollie’s. As part of their commitment to clean air and sustainable travel, Mollie’s has teamed up with Bikeable to offer vintage-style bicycles for guest use. Available for hire as an add-on when you book your room. The mint-green bikes feature wicker baskets, leather saddles and Mollie’s distinctive branding (helmets are included).
Mollie’s own artisanal house coffee blend by Darkwood comes in a compostable bag so all you must do is add hot water and give it a stir. There is also a selection of teas for you to relax and enjoy. To help improve the environment there are no kettles in any of the rooms. Instead you will find hot, chilled, and ambient water at water stations located on each floor. Need something stronger? They have that too, with an abundance of cocktails and spirits to choose from – there really is something for everyone.
Love your food?… Mollie’s Diner is a located just a hop, skip and a jump away. And you really will be jumping for joy when you see and taste the quality of their food! Inspired by the retro American roadside pit-stop, Mollie’s Diner combines contemporary design and a buzzy open kitchen. Mollie’s Diner has it all from friendly staff, Cadillac booths and crowd-pleasing comfort food: classics like all day eggs, double cheeseburger, steak, pork belly, hot wings, ribs . And rotisserie chicken (they even have frickles… if you know you know) plus plant burgers, mini meals for kids, waffles, pancakes, shakes and bottomless coffee. If you are in a rush but need your Mollie’s fix you can swing by for a grab and go.
