The genres of the vinyls were were great with a superb collection. The uplifting mood this hotel encompasses hits you instantaneously. We even had our very own electric guitar – all guests can ask for one. The room came with a minibar, drinks trolley and a Hollywood mirror with markings of the height of famous guests from Kylie to Steve Wonder. That just for starters made us feel more like Jimmy Hendrix than Jimmy Hendrix himself!
We were treated to a complimentary minibar which can be refilled three times a day, a bottle of prosecco and chocolates, as well as popcorn and snacks. Rose petals and fruit platters awaited – very romantic. If you are looking for the celebrity wow factor or for special occasion this is a hotel to keep firmly on your radar. The sense of fun, happiness, serotonin, and escapism was a refreshing treat.
The beds were spacious, and very clean and comfy, with a turn down service each night, they even leave you with eye masks and robes and slippers and you don’t even need to take your own toothbrush! We certainly danced like no-one was watching and sang a very happy evening away….a one night stay could have easily turned into a week and still wouldn’t have been long enough!
