Lawford joins BTA as Chair of Industry Partner Board

The Business Travel Association (BTA) has appointed a new Chair of its Industry Partner Board, namely Christina Lawford, Founder and Managing Director at DiamondAir International.

Lawford joins the BTA’s Industry Partner Board this week and will work to raise awareness of the significant role business travel plays in the UK economy. She will ensure the ongoing success of the Association’s business objectives and overall commercial plan following the Coronavirus pandemic.

Lawford is the Founder and Managing Director at DiamondAir International, a leading provider of luxury Meet and Assist services to destinations across the world. She has a wealth of industry expertise and is responsible for business development, strategic planning, partnership alliances, product development, and innovations with international airports and airlines.

On the appointment, Clive Wratten, CEO of the BTA, said: “Myself and the BTA are thrilled to welcome Christina Lawford as the new Chair of our Industry Partner Board.
