Lindsay Lohan sued by PA over wages

You could be forgiven for thinking Lindsay Lohan must love spending more time in courts than she does out of them, given her recent and very public, drawn-out tussles with the law.

And now the Mean Girls star has been dragged in front of a judge here in the UK after being sued by her former personal assistant for not paying wages amounting to ?3,300.

Jesse Peckham worked for the troubled actress for three months when she started her role in David Mamet?s ?Speed-the-Plow? on the West End.  According to court papers, Peckham resigned due to Lohan?s ?insane demands? and ?mood swings?. The actress also insulted him, prompting him to quit his job and end the contract. However, the actress didn?t pay his wages, the Daily Mail reported.

Lohan refuted Peckham?s allegations, claiming they were “wholly untrue.”  No official statements have been made yet regarding the personal assistant suing the actress.

Last week, according to reports, the “Scary Movie” star made a scene in Mykonos, Greece when she intentionally left an unpaid bill in a restaurant. Having gone out with a group of friends for dinner, ordered lobster and crab Lohan ran out without settling the bill.
