New seasonal corporate menu launched at the Hilton

Hilton London Bridge and Hilton Canary Wharf are celebrating the British weather by unveiling a new series of seasonal menus with healthy and fresh ingredients. Delegates are offered the Summer Time menu, with breakfast featuring summer berry smoothies and Greek yogurt and granola. Lunches incorporate fresh, organic fruit and salads from local suppliers. Finally, the Hilton is offering afternoon tea breaks that include tea and pastries made from British berries.

From autumn, the Hilton has created the Harvest menu that focuses on traditional autumnal food. Breakfast comes with figs, nectarines and cranberries alongside malt drinks and freshly baked lattices. For lunch, salads are served with artisan breads, game terrine, Gressingham duck and Anglesey sea bass, as well as toppings such as sweetcorn and roasted pumpkin seeds. The Harvest afternoon tea is peach-orientated, with peach melba, peach clafoutis and passion fruit and peach pannacotta available.

The ‘Winter Warmer’ menu promises clients comfort food such as a breakfast bar serving a range of chocolate delights, staffed by a connoisseur to answer any questions. With hot soup and fresh bread for lunch and a crêpe station for afternoon snacks, delegates are sure to keep warm throughout the colder months.

The Hilton Canary Wharf and London Bridge have the capacity for up to 450 guests, with typical DDR from £60 per person, and an added supplement of £10 per person for the seasonal menu.
