Stamford Bridge to debut new-look event spaces

Chelsea Football Clubโ€™s home ground Stamford Bridge has announced plans to upgrade its meeting and events spaces ahead of the upcoming season. The famous stadium is set to overhaul 50 separate event spaces, accommodating up to 1,000 visitors with new added lighting, ceilings and floorings with the aim to deliver a more modern and neutral palette to the changing times.

Looking to affirm its position in London as a luxury sporting venue for meetings, events and hospitality spaces, the 11-acre site will also improve its signage to exhibit the various options for attendees. Offering two high-quality hotels, two Marco Pierre White restaurants, museum and even a spa for guests, the team hopes the venue upgrades will meet the expectations of visitors and keep the destination ahead of the curve.

โ€œOur reputation for award-winning hospitality and events means demand is strong and we are delighted to embark on this programme of renovation,โ€ explained Chris Townsend OBE, commercial director at Stamford Bridge, what hopes to ensure the venue will โ€œcontinue to stand out in the market and offer a quality, memorable experience for our guests.โ€
