Agiito are pleased to confirm, as one of the first in the industry, that they now offer a live meeting availability solution for their customers when they are booking meetings and events.
The live meetings availability function will enable bookers to log on to their proprietary technology, Meetingspro, to view rates and venue availability in real-time and submit their enquiry – ideal for simple meetings. The technology will be piloted with one of Agiito’s customers during the following weeks.
Meetingspro, initially built in 2017 as a platform that enabled organisations to book and organise meetings and events efficiently, is being continually developed in line with our customer feedback. Built entirely in-house, this development work won Agiito’s Business Solutions Team the ‘Programme Achiever – Team’ award at the ITM Achievement Awards 2022.
Early results from live meetings availability are looking promising
Agiito continually work with their venue suppliers and have recently migrated many of their customers onto the technology platform, and within a matter of weeks, online bookings increased by 22%. As the dedicated Venue Finding team can now focus their expertise on completing more offline and complex bookings, customer service ratings have improved by 30%, and overall productivity is up by 33%.

There is even more in the pipeline
Working closely with Venue Directory on their content, Carl Law, Agiito’s Chief Technology Officer, is already planning the next release of Meetingspro to include instant book functionality. This feature will revolutionise the meetings and events industry, as users can view availability and then book meetings rooms end-to-end online in the same way travel has been booked for several years.
