Donna writes from experience, so everything comes across as reliable and her writing is accessible – there was never a moment when I felt out of my depth. This eBook is roughly 42 pages, but despite being short and sweet, all of the topics covered are given a fair amount of coverage.

Many of the situations Donna refers to are specific to private and celebrity assistants, but the lessons learned can be carried into any business sector. Interspersed throughout the pages is a collection of exercises to get you thinking about your own role. She asks you to consider the things you do every day, taking a critical look at how you can function more effectively as a PA . Plus, it’s fascinating to read about Donna’s career and get the backstory on how she reached where she is now.
