This dynamic and engaging talk will get you motivated and inspired and leave you buzzing long after CHS19 is over. The #IAM10 philosophy will leave a lasting impact helping you to build confidence, increase mental toughness and grow within your business. Good enough is not good enough any more. If you want success, you need to be the best that you can be. You need to be a ’10’.

At 12:00pm on show day, CHS are hosting an exciting panel dedicated to all of you PA’s & EA’s titled ‘Rockstar PAs – how to create an amazing partnership with your boss’. PAs, EAs and Executive Secretaries are more often than not, the right-hand people enabling their managers to see the right people at the right time, with the correct information. By honing your skills to encompass your organisation’s ethos, plans and objectives you can position yourself as a key partner within the management team. This panel session discusses the skills you need to become an influential team player and create a powerful partnership with your Executive.

The panel will be chaired by the Founder of popular blog, Practically Perfect PA, Nicky Christmas! Joining her on the panel to discuss the topic at hand is Beth Arzy (EA from Channel 4), Natalie Egan (EA at Morgan McKinley) and Abigail Jones (EA at GHD).
