The Meetings Show 2018 outlines keynote speakers

The Meetings Show 2018 has detailed its line-up of keynote speakers for the upcoming education programme.

Kicking off on June 26, The Meetings Showโ€™s Pre-Show Conference will be opened by John Straw, senior advisor to McKinsey and Co and IBM.

His talk on ‘Technomics โ€“ the end and the beginning of everything you know’, will focus on emerging technology and what this means for the meetings industry.

Meanwhile, on June 27, day one of the main show, will see practical futurist and former IBM global managing partner Andrew Grill take to the stage at 9.50am to discuss digital disruption.

Day twoโ€™s keynote will be hosted by behavioural specialist and customer service expert, Jez Rose, who will debate โ€˜Client-delighting secrets hidden inside your brainโ€™.

โ€œThis year, we have really focused on providing an education programme that tackles the issues of most importance to meeting and event planners in a way that is informative, engaging and entertaining,โ€ said David Chapple, group event director of The Meetings Show.

โ€œOur three keynote speakers personify this approach and will be delivering sessions with useful content for both event planners and exhibitors alike.โ€

The Meetings Show takes place at Olympia, London from June 27 to 28, 2018.
