Andrea Zagatti (pictured, above & right) is a charismatic Italian private chef who cooks for London’s ultra high-net-worths and VIPs.

During the UK lockdowns in 2021, Andrea – equipped with an unusual amount of spare time – created Mr Z’s Luxury Sandwiches.

A London sandwich delivery service with a twist. From £50 caviar croissants to £250 gold covered ‘Billionaire’ sandwiches, Mr Z’s Luxury Sandwiches made the headlines and supplied Londoners with the most luxury sandwiches they’ve ever experienced.

Working in San Sebastián at Mugaritz restaurant (2* Michelin, World’s 5th Best Restaurant). Later joining restaurant Osteria Francescana in Modena (3* Michelin, World’s Best Restaurant). With an exploration of thousands of the finest restaurants across London and Europe has given Andrea a deep understanding of fine food, fine wine and the art of hospitality.
