Time to consider private charter

Time, safety and reliability are increasingly common factors when making travel arrangements for senior management. Your boss is certain to appreciate a flight schedule that doesn’t oblige him or her to leave home at the crack of dawn, and one that allows him to return before it gets ridiculously late. Being able to maximise the use of their time during the working day, while travelling in a relaxed and comfortable environment, is also an important issue for frequent flyers.

Our session on private jet charter at the forthcoming PA Life training day will show you how the use of business jets can provide significant time saving, security, safety, comfort and convenience for your travelling executives. Specifically, it will address the advantages of charter flights over scheduled ones; it will also look at the types of aircraft available and how to select the right one for the job.

In addition, presenter Steve Evans, the Senior Account Manager at Reigate-based charter consultancy ACC Aviation, will talk delegates through finding private terminals at local airports and he will discuss any possible pitfalls or hidden costs. Steve has more than 20 years’ experience of chartering aircraft for all types of business clients.

The training day takes place on Monday, 15 June at the ILEC Conference Centre at the Ibis London Earls Court and features 12 compelling courses, each individually tailored for the PA community. Delegates can choose to come for the full day for £249, or for just a half day at £125.

The full-day option includes a networking lunch where attendees get the chance to mingle and chat with administrative professionals from a whole range of different backgrounds.

There are discounted rates available for those who have previously attended a PA Life training day and also for those who are members of the PA Life Club.
