Venue of the Week: No. 11 Cavendish Square

No.11 Cavendish Square is located at the heart of the West End, easily accessible to underground links at Oxford Circus or Bond Street.

Within 20 different rooms the venue dramatically combines period features of the Georgian era. Large windows overlooking Cavendish Square, ornate fireplaces, chandeliers and cornicing are juxtaposed with contemporary conference suites in an adjoining extension.

The 20 event spaces are spread across four floors with several large theatres, breakout rooms, board rooms and a light and airy Orangery which leads onto a courtyard garden. Conferences for up to 282 can take place in The Burdett Theatre which is also ideal for presentations and launches. The Burdett Theatre features the latest AV technology including triple HD projectors and screens with smart touch screen lectern controls. The room can be hired as one large space along with the adjoining Orangery or as a separate room.

The Treasurerโ€™s room located in Grade II Epstein building boasts a wealth of Georgian features including large windows and fireplaces and overlooks the courtyard garden and Orangery accommodating 16 for a board meeting, The Presidentโ€™s room in the same building accommodates 24 and is also perfect for intimate dinners and receptions.

Other rooms include three theatres catering for 80, 140 and 282 delegates, with breakout rooms and large foyers with lounge seats. The Maxwell room located on first floor provides space for 70 theatre style. In house caterer FoodByDish has a range of versatile menus to cater for every style of event including plenty of healthy options to keep delegates satiated and in top form.
