Vermilion donating 100s of meals free to NHS staff

The team at venue ​Vermilion are providing takeaway food to frontline medical staff at their neighbouring hospital, North Manchester General Hospital.

Vermilion, one of Manchester’s top hospitality venues that includes a restaurant, bar and events halls in Manchester, are helping to support the community, as their Corporate Social Responsibility for the people of their community.

As part of this initiative they are preparing and delivering one of their popular meals for free, to the doctors, nurses and medic staff at the hospital.

Takeaway boxes being handed out include Indian Classic dishes such as Veg Makhanwala, Dal Tarka and basmati rice. Vermilion has created these meals specifically to be high in nutrients and good for energy boosting.

Our hearts go out to all the people and businesses suffering right now, it’s a challenging time for everyone, so thank you again to all those working for the NHS, please take care of yourselves and stay safe.”
