But during certain times – Celebration Weeks – it’s possible to hire a room as a couple or small family. These times are perfect if you’re interested in hiring the island for an exclusive event.

Rates based on two people sharing one room starting from $5,000 USD per night plus a 2.5% BVI service charge for the Great House Rooms, Bali Houses, and Leha Lo. If you are looking for something a bit more grand, the Master Suite in the Great House is $7,000 USD per night plus a 2.5% BVI service charge.
The rates are inclusive of the following:
- Accommodation
- All meals and drinks (including all alcoholic beverages) – served in a variety of locations
- Return launch transfer from Virgin Gorda or Beef Island airports
- A dedicated team
- Water sports equipment so you can go kite-surfing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, sailing, snorkeling and more
