Join STH Live for a Business Breakfast event on Wednesday, 28 June at the Andaz London Liverpool Street Hotel.

Professional speaker Caspar Berry will take you through a keynote speech on risk and decision making in the world of business, entertainment and poker, before hosting a panel discussion with three-time Olympic medallist Kelly Sotherton and current Team GB athlete and former World Champion hurdler Dai Greene to talk about their experiences as professional athletes and what risk and decision making means to them both.

Caspar started his career as an actor and screen writer before dramatically changing his life and moving to Las Vegas to become a professional poker player at the age of 25. In Vegas he hosted 400 shows on Sky and was a poker advisor on the James Bond movie Casino Royale. Realising the life of a corporate executive and a poker player is more similar than you think, he is now a professional speaker who has worked with companies such as Google, IBM, KPMG and Audi.

Kelly Sotherton is one of the most decorated female athletes in track and field athletics and is a regular fixture on BBC Radio 5 Live, as well as being known for having an outspoken voice in British athletics. Dai Greene is one of Britain’s top elite athletes, having previously won World Championship gold in the 400-metre hurdles. Due to an injury he will not be competing at this year’s IAAF World Championships being held in London this August.
