Business lunches are back with The Corrigan Collection

Calling all private dining bookers! The Corrigan Collection has now unveiled a new scheme to bring back business lunches to Mayfair with all minimum spends for lunch bookings waived until November 2024. Even better, our new lunch menus start from £65pp and we only require minimum numbers of 8!

The Corrigan Collection consists of two Mayfair restaurants; Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill and Corrigan’s Mayfair, and Daffodil Mulligan in Old Street, Shoreditch. Further afield in Ireland we have our country estate Virginia Park Lodge.

Michelin star quality Business lunches with The Corrigan Collection

With Michelin star chef Richard Corrigan at the helm, you can be sure that your lunch will be one to remember. Richard’s chefs only use wild game and wild sustainable fish, and produce is primarily sourced from family-run, independent businesses in the UK and Ireland. 

Bentley’s Oyster Bar and Grill, celebrating its 19th year under Richard’s care this year, has become an institution in London. First opening it’s doors in 1916, they are still serving some of the finest oysters, champagne and seafood London has to offer with a bakery downstairs providing freshly made breads to the entire collection including their iconic Soda Bread, still made to Richard’s Grandmothers recipe.

Corrigan’s – the best of rural Irish and quintessential British food

Corrigan’s Mayfair fuses Chef Corrigan’s rural Irish upbringing with quintessential British dining. Corrigan’s focuses on the best of the land, sea and air, crafting stunning menus from the day’s arrivals to the pantry. Expect to see some show stopping daily specials alongside their well-loved classics of Beef Wellington and heavily featured game birds during peak seasonality.  

If you are looking for a more casual setting, their cozy Shoreditch restaurant may be the perfect spot; Daffodil Mulligan focuses on its wood-fired grill, serving small inventive plates and fresh cuts from the grill. Offering family style sharing plates and the best Irish hospitality in the city, Daffodil Mulligan’s boasts a selection of semi-private spaces and exclusive hire options throughout the year.
