The festive season is the perfect time to bring your team together, celebrate the year’s achievements and strengthen workplace bonds with a bit of seasonal cheer. Whether you’re looking to boost morale or simply have some fun before the holiday break, Christmas-themed team building activities offer a fantastic way to connect and unwind. Carden Park hosts an array of festive themed team building events, perfect for getting your team in the holiday spirit.
A Christmas Chocolate Challenge
A tasty task that challenges you and your team to make your very own box of fine art chocolates. Provided with a variety of ingredients and materials, your team must design and create your personal Christmas themed chocolate box. Even better still… you get to eat them too! We’ll set you up in teams where your peers will score your creation for quality, presentation and the likelihood of success in the market.
A Festive Murder Mystery
Gather your most quick-witted and creative colleagues for a hilariously dramatic evening of festive intrigue and sleuthing. As reception drinks are flowing and the Christmas cheer is in full swing, the evening takes a chilling twist – a body is discovered! Clues emerge, suspicious characters mingle and it’s up to your team to piece together the mystery. With live actors, immersive storytelling and plenty of plot twists, it’s a Christmas party you won’t forget – full of laughter, drama and just a hint of murder.
Joyful Twist On Classic Game Shows
Get ready for an electric evening of entertainment with an interactive gameshow experience like no other. Bursting with energy, this ensemble of lively rounds – some Christmas-themed, others universally fun – features music, lights, video clips and even theming to set the mood. Perfect to host during or after dinner, the event is designed to get everyone involved, with a variety of challenges that spark laughter and a healthy dose of competition. Options include: Price is Right, Beat The Intro, What Happens Next and more.
Yuletide Putter Fingers
Teams will design and build their very own par-3 crazy golf course using a range of fun and festive materials provided. With help from our cheerful golf caddies – on hand to inspire with theme ideas and obstacle suggestions – creativity is the name of the game. Then putt your way to glory as teams take on each other’s designs. Prizes will be awarded for the best overall team score and the most imaginative hole. The perfect way to bring out your team’s festive spirit.
Big Noël Picture
Unleash your inner Picasso this festive season – a colourful, collaborative experience. Each participant is given a section of a bespoke image, created especially for your organisation. Guided by individual templates, each person paints their piece of the puzzle – but only by working together will the full picture be revealed. It’s a brilliant way to reinforce teamwork all while having a festive laugh.
Wacky Sleigh Races
Santa’s sleigh is due an upgrade – and he’s calling on your team for help! In this high-energy, laugh-out-loud challenge, teams will compete to design, build and race their very own spectacular sleighs. Armed with colourful materials and plenty of festive spirit, each group will create an eye-catching racing machine fit for the North Pole. But it’s not just about style – your sleigh will need to pass the race marshal’s inspection before facing off in a series of thrilling (and slightly chaotic) races.
