PA Life Club we delighted to team up with the New Forest hotel group who invited a group pf our Club members for a memorable Experience day and overnight stay. Here we hear from the organisers about the FAM Trip visit…
“On 4 June, we were delighted to welcome a group of PAs from PA Life for an immersive familiarisation visit to Beaulieu Hotel, showcasing the very best of the New Forest as a destination for meetings, events and team-building experiences.
Guests arrived via Beaulieu Road Station, a short walk away, and were welcomed with a hearty breakfast of cooked and continental options before being introduced to the hotel and the day’s itinerary. The guests were also given a tour of our versatile event spaces and breakout rooms, providing a firsthand look at the facilities available for corporate meetings, conferences and incentive events.
PA Life experienced great team-building activities at Beaulieu Inn
The day began with high-energy team building as guests took part in The Cube Experience. Split into teams and joined by New Forest Hotels hosts, participants tackled a range of challenges from a bank of over 350 activities, creating plenty of friendly competition and laughter along the way.
Following a traditional afternoon tea in Taylors Bar, guests enjoyed a hands-on chocolate-making masterclass before heading outdoors with Hugh from Haunted New Forest. His engaging guided walk combined local folklore, history and fascinating tales of the area. It was a great way for the guests to experience what it’s like in the heart of the New Forest, complete with its famous free-roaming ponies.
After some time to relax, we all gathered for dinner at in The Drift Inn, enjoying seasonal dishes including Burrata and Isle of Wight tomato salad, pan-fried hake with black rice and feta, and sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream.
The experience concluded in the Beaulieu Suite with a calming crystal sound bath led by Maddy. It was the perfect end to a memorable day.
