The funniest ‘Out of Office’ Responses

It’s August, and statistically most UK holiday time is taken during this month. You’ll notice that it seems like every other email bounces back with an ‘out of office’ response.

So, here at PA Life, we made new staff writer Vincenzo Ferrara search the internet, in order to find seven little out of office gems that will hopefully put a smile on your face.

1. An emoji autoresponder? It’s the millennial way but it stands out and you might just notice it.

2. Sometimes using a pop-culture reference makes the difference! When HubSpot marketing manager Karsten Köhler is out of the office, he does just that. In fact, he’s turned his auto-responses into a running series of commentary for fictional Simpsons cartoon character Troy McClure.

3. Being risky can sometimes, just sometimes work. We hope no one got in trouble for this.

4. Cave Johnson, we don’t know who you are but now we are all a little worried about our mouse and keyboard spontaneously catching fire.
