TAG partners Tramada Systems for corporate travel management software

TAG and Tramada Systems have revealed the first global TMC implementation agreement for tramada, a cloud-based post-booking software platform.

TAG first implemented tramada in Australia, where the software has been in place for a year. The global expansion of the relationship between the companies was driven by the regional results, which showed dramatic increases in automation and agent productivity for TAG after implementing tramada.

Other benefits include access to NDC and other hybrid content sources as well as the use of rich business intelligence in real-time to improve TAG’s bottom- line.

TAG’s implementation of tramada beyond Australia began in September. The system will be rolled out in the USA in 2020, followed by TAG UK.
