Charlotte Tilbury’s first UK stand-alne store in London’s Covent Garden was revealed on Saturday, amid a flurry of beauty journalists.

Inspired by the boudoirs belonging to Elizabeth Taylor and Marilyn Monroe, you will step inside the make-up artist’s mind. This is everything you would expect from CT; lavish and glam.

Packed full of Tilbury trinkets, treats and treasures as well as all of your favourite products, the Charlotte Tilbury Team of makeup artists were on hand to share makeup magic tips and tricks. Shoppers could choose from Leading Artists – the makeup geniuses who work alongside Charlotte backstage and on the red carpet – or the In-House Artists who work their magic on a daily basis in the flagship store.

You’ll find ‘express’ beauty upstairs, with Quick Trick complimentary 15 minute make-overs, technology-boosted payment (think IPad), and motionscreens featuring Tilbury’s work. Downstairs you’ll most certainly find yourself propping up the champagne bar (it’s the perfect perch for people watching FYI), a personalised engraving service, art-deco dressing tables with vintage mirrors and velvet-covered swivel chairs, bookable for one-hour make-up tutorials as well as 30-minute options exclusively for the party season.
