Sure to have you thinking ‘Le vie est belle!’ Enter through a showstopping floral arch made from ruby-red roses before sipping on bespoke cocktails. We love the sound of these: the Little Rose Sour, mixing Lillet Rosé with Malfy Rosa gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup & egg white, or the Lillet Americano, combining Lillet Rouge with Campari, pomegranate juice & soda. Nestled in the heart of Soho, Kapara’s secret suntrap terrace, tucked away in James’ Court, also boasts a new range of summer plates. Enjoy Summer Tomatoes featuring heritage tomatoes with mustard dressing, ricotta, crispy pita and a dusting of sumac; Duck & Peaches, a duck liver pate served with peach compote and babka brioche; and the Sunny Prawn Tacos – a succulent harissa king prawn served with zingy lemon aioli and a honey and nigella taco. Move onto mains like the Coda Di Rospo Gratinata – fresh pan-fried Monkfish sourced from the Northwest Atlantic Ocean, with Altamura breadcrumb and herby oil. There is also Taglioni Crab & Caviar – tagliolini pasta from Liguria in north-western Italy, with hand-picked, North Sea crab and Italian sturgeon caviar on the menu. Not to mention a variety of traditional Neapolitan-style pizzas including Pugliese – tomato, burrata, Parma ham, rocket and black truffle. For vegans the Vegetariana – fior di latte, pepper, aubergine, courgette will be a delight.
