BMA House goes Brazil nuts

Feel the sun, hear the samba and taste the summer! Brazilian BBQ awaits bookers at BMA House as the venue launches its new sizzling summer menu for just £33 + VAT per person.

BMA House’s creative caterer BaxterStorey will be serving up Brazilian favourites Pao de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread), slow-cooked pork ribs with mango glaze, Brazilian beef steak kebabs with black pepper and grilled cheese with honey and chimi churri sauce.

Guests are advised to save some room for dessert, with the menu boasting traditional sweets including either coconut manjar, a coconut pudding with prune and caramel sauce, or Pudim, a condensed milk flan served with caramelised pineapple.

“With European, African and Amerindian influences, Brazilian cuisine shows off some of the world’s most amazing flavours,” says Sarah Bright, Head of Events at BMA House. “The Rio Olympics are fast approaching and so when deciding on a summer menu, Brazilian BBQ was a no brainer!”
