The restaurant is the ideal venue for private hire, or to celebrate any special occasion. The whole place can be booked exclusively for up to 250 guests, with its mezzanine seating 50 (or 100 standing) and its main level 60 (or 150 standing). It can provide bespoke menus, or drinks and canapés packages.

Silk & Grain has ramped up much-loved classics using the best British ingredients, whether it’s succulent scallops from the Isle of Man, or a selection of the finest dry-aged steak cuts cooked to perfection on a Josper grill, all accompanied by the restaurant’s homemade aged sauces, infused butters and grain mustards. This venue likes to do things differently and takes extra time and care when it comes to its unique beverages. It has taken a selection of favourite classic cocktails and found out what happens if they’re given time in oak barrels, metal, leather and glass. These drinks, which have tasted much the same for years, have been given a new lease of life with the added flavours of vanilla, caramel and spice from barrels and leather infusions.
