Everything’s coming up rosé at Inn the Park

Rosé wine has to be the quintessentially summer drink, so it’s good timing that Inn the Park has launched its new expertly handpicked rosé wine menu.

Its sommeliers have tried and tasted 12 crisp rosé wines, including a sweet and fizzy Spanish Cava Rosado, a familiar Sancerre from the Loire and a fruity Madregale from Italy’s Abruzzo region. For something completely different you might like to try a South African offering that hails from the Stellenbosch vineyards called Thirst Gamay.

Dinner menus champion the best British producers and are inspired by classic yet contemporary European menus. Dishes include monkfish curry with samphire and wild garlic brown rice, as well as Dexter ribeye steak accompanied by bone marrow and watercress salad.

Nestled among the plants and ponds of St James Park, Inn the Park is an innovative restaurant that blends seamlessly into its surroundings to offer a natural oasis right in the heart of London. Discover more at www.peytonandbyrne.co.uk/inn-the-park/index.html.
