“Location is very important for our senior managers, as they need an easy commute to the office, so having an apartment in the town centre is an advantage. Flexibility is a real benefit, as guests are able to cook, eat and sleep in separate areas. Having reliable high-speed internet access is essential, as some of my colleagues like to work from home or need to work into the evening.”
