Networking lunch at the London Elizabeth Hotel

Fancy lunch? A group of PA Life Club members did this week when they met up for an afternoon of networking and delicious food at the quaint London Elizabeth Hotel.

Located in the heart of the capital and overlooking Hyde Park, the London Elizabeth features 49 well-appointed rooms and suites. The property also offers a Persian restaurant, fully licenced bar and a beautiful garden terrace. Delegates and corporates can benefit from special rates at the car park, while guests have the convenience of a 24-hour reception, room service and complimentary wifi throughout.

A tour of the venue brought us to its rose garden terrace, something that truly sets it apart from other hotels in the area. It’s surprisingly spacious and features rose bushes – perfect for summer parties. Inside, there’s a cosy boardroom for small meetings.

And FYI – the already stylish rooms are all being refurbished and are set to be complete by the end of April, so watch this space.

We were treated to an incredibly tasty buffet from the restaurant, featuring zesty Persian spices and fresh ingredients. The veggie option of okra with a tomato sauce went well with fragrant rice, while the yummy chicken was complemented by onions and roast tomatoes.

Dessert was a sweet cake with lots of cream, but some of the ladies opted for a slice of moist chocolate cake from the restaurant’s cabinet. And of course, drinks were free flowing, including wine and soft drinks, as well as tea and coffee.
