New day packages at The Trafalgar

If you’re looking for conference facilities in the heart of London’s iconic centre, The Trafalgar has unveiled its new day delegate package for corporate companies. From £49 per person, clients can expect meeting room hire, an LCD projector, 60” flatscreen monitor and flip chart. Additionally, to keep delegates motivated, there are pastries on arrival, three hot beverage and biscuit breaks and a working lunch with mineral water provided throughout the day. The Trafalgar Hotel also offers a Super Foods menu for a supplement of £5 per person. This features healthy snacks and energising dishes such as fresh fruit smoothies, pomegranate, Parma ham and cantaloupe salad, and cranberry granola with walnuts.

To complement its day delegate package, The Trafalgar has also launched the Rockwell private dining experience for up to 80 people. From £79 per person, companies can enjoy exclusive use of the Trafalgar’s Rockwell Bar (pictured), as well as canapés and sparkling wine to greet their guests after the conference. The three-course dinner that follows includes selections from the chef’s signature menu, featuring dishes such as three cheese tortellini with sautéed wild mushrooms and truffle butter sauce and red fruit crème brûlée. In addition, each guest has the choice of two bottles of beers or half a bottle of the house wine.

The hotel also boasts the largest rooftop bar in London, Vista, which offers stunning views of London’s ever-changing skyline. Providing alfresco dining and bespoke cocktails to entertain guests, Vista can accommodate up to 180 people and is available for private hire. The bar also offers four different spaces dependent on your needs, from Vista Lounge with its relaxed seating areas and champagne bar to Vista VIP, a luxurious area reserved for 20 people.
