Taste the sunshine with the new Paella Fella menu

Paella Fella has launched a new Party Event menu chock full of unique dishes for you to taste the sunshine this summer at your company events. The redesigned menu combines a sumptuous array of tapas, paellas and desserts for you to feed and feast upon.

Inspired by Director Nick Blythe?s extensive travels around Spain, it contains a selection of dishes that blend the best of the traditional Spanish cuisine with fusion elements that cater for all tastes and dietary requirements. ?We have put together the menu to give a wider choice of flavours and textures that covers the range of events we do and blends in with the service style that the customer wants. Getting everyone in a company together and trying to satisfy their taste is quite challenging ? the good thing about Spanish food is that it is very communal and brings everyone together.?

The new menu is indeed quite mouth-watering and simple at the same time. With a selection of canap? tapas and sharing platters consisting of old favourites such as croquetas made with ham or mushroom ? scoffed a plenty in Madrid and Barcelona ? to the solomillo famed in Seville ? mini pork fillets served on crusty bread with a rosette of blue cheese and chive. The menu has been designed to scale up to feed events from 50 to 350 people at a time.

It?s not difficult to see why the Institute of Directors chose Paella Fella to cater recently for their staff party of 200 people in the Nash Room at the IOD in Pall Mall. ?We wanted to give the party a twist ? create something completely different for everyone to try. Paella Fella was very helpful with coming up with menu options,? said Senior HR Consultant at the IOD Aarti Bhasin. ?We had lots of canap? tapas, a mix of paellas and desserts. The party was a great success and everybody loved the food.?

Using only authentic ingredients from Spain, the entire menu is created from scratch by Paella Fella, configured and delivered to each client?s individual requirements. All of the paellas are generously laden with only the best quality meats, seafood and vegetables sourced as locally as possible. Nick even states that everything Paella Fella makes can be made gluten free as standard if required.
