Small Plates:
Baked Camembert, red onion compote, brioche
Deep fried black pudding, spicy tomato and pepper sauce
Grilled chicken wings marinated in a paprika, chilli and garlic sauce
Blue cheese and bacon salad
Smoked salmon, watercress, cucumber, chicory and mustard vinegar
Poached pear salad, walnut, Roquefort, rocket and raspberry vinegar

Large Plates:
Large plates will be served with chunky chips and choice of sauce: peppercorn, barbecue, chimichurri, citrus béarnaise and salsa
Half corn fed chicken

Pasta:
Tagliatelle with wild mushrooms, parsley and Parmesan

Burgers:
All burgers will be served with a side of chunky chips
Three cheese beef burger
British beef with Monterrey Jack, Emmental, Mozzarella. Yellow tomato salsa, deep-fried shallot, lettuce, tomato and chilli mayonnaise

Lamb burger
British bred lamb burger, topped with minted cucumber, lettuce, tomato and chilli mayonnaise

Thai burger
Pork, chicken and prawn burger, topped with coriander, cucumber, Thai basil and sweet chilli mayonnaise
