Being in an administrative role such as in office management or being a PA can sometimes be a thankless job, and we get that – however, we think it’s one of the most crucial roles in a business.

Being in these types of roles can also be quite isolating for individuals as we’ve come to learn over time. Until recently, there was little out there to support people with the many different hats they wear and advice needed to support them in such jobs.

This is why, just over two years ago Hana Gray carried out extensive research to find out what office professionals do, what they need and what they want. Having spent over 15 years in these roles in various industries such as Finance and Real Estate, Hana wanted to do more to support people like her who were either new to such positions or hungry to grow and learn more.

Following on from this, she created a platform where anyone who is responsible for the running of an office can go to for tools, expert advice and tips, templates, webinars and recommended suppliers. Let us introduce you to The Office Management Portal!

Best of all, our Members can access an exclusive network, meaning they can chat to others in similar roles via the online forum, and meet them at regular networking events held in London, relevant to their role. The events are fun, informal and to date have connected hundreds of office professionals, they have even helped some of the attendees to find new positions as a result!

With access to all the tools, resources and advice you need to run your office with ease, The Office Management Portal will help you to develop and grow in your role and career.
