The Williams Experience Centre is an experience that never fails to impress, located at the home of the Williams Formula 1 team in Grove, Oxfordshire.

Originally the base of BMW’s Le Mans project, the building was converted in 2002 and today stands as an award-winning Experience Centre, offering a modern and creative environment in which to meet, train, network and entertain.

With 7 flexible event rooms catering from 6 to 250 guests, the Williams Experience Centre offers full support in event planning and execution with in-house AV facilities, dedicated event managers and 5-star catering and service.

The Williams Experience Team

While attending an event with us, you also have the opportunity to view the largest private collection of F1 cars in the world. Housing more than 40 of the team’s seminal race cars, it is one of the largest private collections of F1 cars in the world, charting the team’s history.

The Conference Centre also offers a number of activities which are great for team building and hospitality days or to enhance your event days. Activities can take place within the centre and we also in an outdoor grass area which caters for non-motorised activities.
F1 PLAYSEAT SIMULATORS
Race head to head on F1 style driving simulators. Complete with the latest pedal system and steering wheel along with force feedback you will experience an authentic and exciting race experience. Available with or without VR.
GIANT SCALEXTRIC
Using a giant four-lane Scalextric with F1 cars, your guests will be entertained from start to finish in an absorbing, highly competitive format which can be tailored to the numbers and bespoke requirements of your event. Ideal as a structured team building activity or as informal entertainment during networking and social events.
