De Vere expands Smart Booker product

Hotels and venues specialist De Vere has expanded its Smart Booker package to integrate its Showtime rewards programme, meaning Showtime members can now benefit from points on every Smart Booker booking.

Smart Booker is a cloud-based meetings and events booking platform, powered by MeetingPackage, available across De Vere’s properties. The platform enables more efficient online bookings whilst providing live availability and dynamic pricing of event spaces. It allows event planners to see real-time room availability across several properties; search, filter, and book event spaces in one simple process; and book meetings on the go as the system is fully mobile optimised.

Showtime members earn 1 point for every £1 spent on their event and can redeem these points on rewards on everything from high street gift cards and luxury experiences to charity donations. New charity partners have been added to the redemption rewards meaning members have more flexibility on which charities they can donate to. Charity partners now include Greenpeace, Woodland Trust, Friends of The Earth, Carbon Neutral Britain, MIND, Shelter, Alzheimer’s Society and Blue Cross.

The new Smart Booker service is now available across De Vere’s estates and mansion house properties including De Vere Latimer Estate in Buckinghamshire, De Vere Cotswold Water Park, De Vere Wokefield Estate near Reading, De Vere Tortworth Court near Bristol, De Vere Beaumont Estate in Windsor, and De Vere Horsley Estate in Surrey.
