Do you hear ‘Laurel’ or ‘Yanny’? Let your office decide – then watch it tear itself apart

Okay, so you remember the internet thing where people argued over whether the dress was blue and black or something  and something?

Well, it’s happened again, only this time it’s ears rather then eyes that are causing the problem, with a short audio clip that asks listeners whether they are hearing the word ‘Yanny’ or ‘Laurel’.

Have a listen for yourself. Then gather your colleagues. Then have a huge argument.

Of course, the answer is clearly ‘Yanny’. Although sometimes we swear we can hear a third option in the form of ‘Yammy’.

Either way, it has broken our minds.
