Employees reveal embarrassing office Christmas party moments on Twitter

We’ve all had cringe-worthy moments at the office, but the holiday season seems to be rife with them. US comedian and host of The Tonight Show Jimmy Fallon asked his viewers to take to Twitter using the hashtag #officepartyfails to reveal some of the most embarrassing events to happen at their office Christmas party. The results were rather shocking.

One grossed out fan said two of his colleagues were caught making out under his desk and one of them proceeded to throw up when confronted. Another loved up employee thought she was being clever by kissing her co-worker behind a stage, only to realise it was being projected on a screen for the whole company to see.

And of course there were plenty of inebriated tales, including one whose colleague was so drunk the boss put her in a cab to go home, only to have her get out a street over so she could come back. One poor woman drank so much she performed a striptease in front of her co-workers and got herself fired.

The hijinks didn’t even start for some; one said he wasn’t even invited, and another decided to skip out and discovered that her colleagues were all given very generous gift vouchers while she accidentally broke her toes.
