Glass Room has teamed up with Italian dry gin brand VII Hills to open a Floating Negroni Bar in time for Negroni Week.
Celebrating the centenary of Italy’s famed aperitif, the Glass Room x VII Hills Floating Negroni Bar will pop up for one month, kicking off on 24th June.
Hop on board Glass Room, docked at Embankment Pier for an unrivalled on-the-water experience. Soak up 360-degree views of London’s famous landmarks with an authentic Negroni in hand available when you pre-book a lunch, afternoon tea or dinner experience only. Dining experiences start from £39 for a 1 hour and 30-minute lunch sail.
VII Hills’ brand ambassador Gabriele Manfredi has created four VII Hills Negronis exclusively for Glass Room.
For a Negroni with added oomph, there’s the Bateaux Signature Barrel-Aged Negroni (£8) made with VII Hills, Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino and Campari.
The Fiori De Pesco (£10) is a peachy concoction made with VII Hills, peach liqueur, Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino and Campari, whilst the Negroni All’arancia (£10) is a mix of VII Hills, Martini Bianco, Campari and Cointreau. Completing the list is the classic Negroni Italiano, made the traditional way with equal parts of VII Hills, Martini Rosso and Campari (£9).
The VII Hills Negroni menu is only available to those who book a lunch, dinner or afternoon tea package aboard the Glass Room in advance.
