The new rooms will have bespoke lighting, stylish furniture and a brand new informal meeting space, the ‘Inside, Outside’ room. Whittlebury’s team have designed their new inspiring spaces following feedback from clients and trainers so that every detail has been considered, including all-important breakout spaces. The meeting industry and the way people meet is constantly evolving and so the refurbished rooms will cater for the demand for more informal and flexible spaces from small teams right up to entire departments.
Some of the finer details of the new rooms include Biophilic flooring and blackout blinds that have been designed not to exclude daylight, but to reduce glare on screens, which is so important when using multiple devices.
The lighting is all LED powered which is more environmentally friendly and creates a nice ambience too. The design team have considered how much time people spend in meeting spaces and so creating an inviting environment where ideas can flow is something that Whittlebury has aimed to achieve.
