So, you’ve been put in charge of the Christmas party by colleagues or friends, meaning that you’ll likely have an idea of how you want the end product to look.
That’s a good thing! But be sure to bounce your ideas off your Event Co-ordinator. Maybe they have thoughts on how to give your evening some added sparkle? Or can offer alternative theme and entertainment ideas, which hadn’t otherwise crossed your mind?

Finding out what other Christmas parties your co-ordinator has worked on is a great top tip! Maybe there’s something in their portfolio which has sparked your imagination, or an idea you’d like to implement in your own event?
By utilising their skills you’re more likely to put on an event which supersedes anything your guests have experienced before.
Be savvy with suppliers
Christmas party co-ordinators are the best place to start when looking for suppliers. Even if you have a usual choice, it’s worth comparing prices and considering how much time you could save using their contacts.
Guests love to know that the food, entertainment and decor they’re enjoying are all from the local area – this is something your coordinator can assist with.
