IAM outlines CPD events for 2018

The first of the Institute of Administrative Managements (IAM) CPD events have been announced and are open for registration for attendees to sign up to.

IAM runs a series of events throughout the year to provide members, including PAs, EAs and office managers with the opportunity to build their knowledge and network.

Top 10 tips to de-stress your events kicks off the line-up. Taking place on February 6 in Manchester from 6pm to 8.30pm, guests will be informed of all the essential tips to keep them one step ahead of the unexpected.

Guest speaker Gurinder Whall who started her 20 years of event experience as a programme administrator, will also be on hand to share her thoughts.

Managing your mindset will be held on February 20 in London, where PAs, EAs, office managers and administrative professionals will find out more about how they can change their mindset and listen to someone else’s experiences.

Charlotte Wibberley, business coach, online business strategist and VA trainer, will be sharing her experiences of how her mind set evolved through her PA jturney, the leap into running her business and onwards to leading an industry organisation.
