IN PICTURES: The PA Life Wellness Taster Night

The PA Life Wellness Taster Night took place on Tuesday, July 30th, providing a unique opportunity for PA Life readers to experience the very latest in wellbeing techniques and products.

Our host venue and sponsor, Meet In Place, provided a collection of stylish, luxury meeting rooms, within which attendees mingled and sampled products from Elemis (who provided goodie bags for all attendees); Fruidel, who served up delicious fresh fruits; Tag Group (who ran a competition for a NEOM Happiness scented candle, won by Rosaline Bullock); and Tate Recruitment.

Mind & Body Therapist and Founder & Director of Tula Wellness, Amy Gallagher, also delivered a talk to delegates about the importance of self-care in both professional and personal life, encompassing:-

  • What is self-care and why is it important?
  • How much emphasis do you put on your self-care?
  • How does putting self-care on the top of your priority list make a difference to how you perform at work?
  • How does it affect your relationships outside of work?
  • Why don’t we put ourselves first?

You can check out some pictures from what was a fantastic night in the gallery below.

We’re also delighted to announce that we’ll be hosting more Wellness Taster events in 2020 – If you’re interested in getting involved, contact Charlotte Russell on 01992 374080 / c.russell@forumevents.co.uk.
