Our fourth Training Day is bigger and even better than before, with more sessions, more speakers, more experts, more choice and more learning opportunities. With less than a month to go, time is running out to sign up for what promises to be a great day out of the office for PAs of all levels.
New speakers for November include Bethany Fovargue, Founder of the Peterborough PA Network, Director of Your Excellency Lindsay Taylor, event management training specialist Kevin Waters, Training Consultant Candy Bowman, Shelley Fishel, Founder of The IT Training Surgery and Dr Clare Howard of Academy28. Meanwhile, popular demand spells the return of Heather Baker of Baker Thompson Associates and Adam Fidler of Adept Executive Consulting.
Morning sessions include Mind your language; Event promotion and amplification; Moonwalking bears – an introduction to neuro-linguistic programming; Why do bad things happen to good event planners?; Assertive and confident communication; and Be an exceptional PA.
In the afternoon, PAs can attend sessions such as Further perspectives and strategies for a successful PA/boss working relationship; Workflow and productivity for PAs; Using social media to build your personal brand; Create excellent spreadsheets and show Outlook who is boss; The skills and value of today’s PA; and Making appraisals work for you and your career development.
Attendees also have the chance to network with other PAs and a selection of useful suppliers. Black cab app Gett is once again the headline sponsor for the Training Day and its representatives will be on hand to discuss your company’s transportation needs.
The next Training Day takes place on 12 November at the ILEC Conference Centre at the Ibis London Earls Court. Attendance costs £295+VAT for a full day, (including a networking buffet lunch) or £175 for half.
