meetingsclub unveils project 3for3 charity initiative

During the three months of August, September and October 2019, for every 3 published reviews made on meetingsclub.com, ยฃ3 will be donated by the company to Smart Worksย Reading,ย a charity which offers aย dressing and coaching service for unemployed women with confirmed job interviews.

The charity initiative comes as Berkshire-based meetingsclub actively encourages its growing member community of bookers & event organisers to leave reviews for meetings, training, conferences & events.

Founder and CEO Alison Jenkins said:ย โ€œEver sinceย meetingsclubย was launched Iโ€™ve wanted the company to actively support nominated charities and to give something back.ย  Weโ€™re a small team but determined to make a difference. Reviews areย so importantย to our members for 3 very good reasons.ย

“Theyโ€™re an invaluable source of information, just like having a personal recommendation at your fingertips when youโ€™re making that all important decision as to where to hold your companies next meeting or event, feedback is a gift and isgreatly valued by venues & suppliers as part of their evaluation processย for training and reviews are a fantastic way of recognising exceptional staff performance.ย  We hope event bookers and delegates will get on board and get reviewing to raise money for Smart Works Reading.โ€ย

Sarah Burns, recently awarded the MBE for services to charity and Chair of Smart Works Reading, added: โ€œWe have a great relationship with Alison and her team at meetingsclub and weโ€™re incredibly grateful for their support in the3for3ย initiative, raising funds to help us continue our important work within the Thames Valley, this will make a massive difference.โ€ย
