Open up a whole world of possibilities at The Meetings Show 2017

Seminar at The Meetings Show

The Meetings Show provides a platform for PAs to learn, network with industry colleagues and discover new venues, destinations and suppliers. Many of the showโ€™s education sessions will be relevant to PAs; one such highlight is from Virtual Assistant Coach, Trainer and Mentor Amanda Johnson, who will present a session titled โ€˜From PA to VA in the Workplaceโ€™. In this session, Amanda will explain how to go from PA (EA/Admin Assistant) to VA, and will answer the common questions most new VAs have, sharing top tips on how to develop aย successful VA business.

Many of the other sessions will also be relevant to PAs โ€“ and include sessions on technology, marketing and branding, meeting design, healthcare, and leadership and management. A series of Destination Showcases from key cities and countries from around the world will provide PAs with much-needed updates and inspiration.

The Meetings Show is the premier event for the UK inbound and outbound meetings industry, taking place 13-15 June at Olympia, London. With more than 700 exhibitors, it will be the biggest show to date, offering opportunities to meet and develop product knowledge from a host of destinations, venues and industry suppliers.

Parexelโ€™s Kelly Donnelly attended as a hosted buyer last year โ€“ she said: โ€œThe Meetings Show has an excellent range of suppliers from all over the world. It opens up a new world of possibilities โ€“ I met some really good new contacts, and the education sessions were fantastic.โ€

PAs can apply to attend as hosted buyers, a flexible option that includes return travel to the event, one or two nightsโ€™ accommodation, food and refreshments in private lounges on the show floor, as well as the opportunity to pre-book appointments with exhibitors.
