PA Forum has revealed the highly anticipated shortlist for the prestigious West Midlands PA Awards 2020, recognising the regionโ€™s business support community.

The third year of the sought-after awards has seen a record number of nominations across 10 categories, all hoping to walk away with one of the cityโ€™s most esteemed accolades. The โ€˜PA of the Yearโ€™ category alone has received over 50 entries.ย

Individuals from a multitude of companies and sectors have been announced as finalists, including professionals from organisations such as the University of Birmingham, Aston University, PWC and CBRE.

Winners of the awards will be announced at a black-tie event on 17th July, with the venue yet to be revealed.

The West Midlands PA Awards were launched by PA Forum founder, Daniel Skermer, to celebrate the successes and achievements of executive, personal and virtual assistants across the region. The 2018 and 2019 awards attracted over 700 guests, with 60 finalists chosen and 15 people named winners.

Skermer said: โ€œWe are so proud to be gearing up for the third West Midlands PA Awards.ย The response and excitement for the awards has been absolutely incredible, as well as the support from business executives across the region. We would like to say a huge thank you to all the companies that have taken the time to submit a nomination and wish each nominee the very best on this extremely exciting journey.โ€ย
