Skyline unveils newest Canary Wharf development

Skyline Worldwide Lincoln Plaza

The swiftly expanding serviced apartment provider Skyline recently announced the opening of its latest acquisition – the newest building located in the prestigious Canary Wharf and Docklands area.

Lincoln Plaza by Skyline is a serviced apartment development offering stylish, sophisticated and highly desirable living accommodation for family, leisure, or corporate travellers in a location boasting an international reputation and status.

Comprised of two principal apartment towers, Duckman Tower and Jackson Tower, the development is divided into units of studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, designed to provide the optimum in comfort and spaciousness, as well as modern lifestyle facilities, all finished to the highest of standards. Skyline is currently servicing 40 of these units. This will increase to more than 80 by April this year.

Lincoln Plaza is within easy walking distance of Canary Wharf Station and will, by the end of the year, have further amenities added, including a swimming pool, gym, cinema room and residents’ lounge. Needless to say, the development also benefits from the high level of personal and responsive care and service that Skyline maintains as a standard.

Skyline is already the leading provider of serviced apartments in the Canary Wharf area and this latest acquisition will serve to firmly strengthen that position.

Skyline’s founder, CEO and Director, Thiago Hahn says: “This chic, sophisticated and spacious new addition to the Skyline portfolio is a key aspect of our London expansion and constitutes another major step forward in our business development plans for 2016.”

During the first half of 2016, Skyline is planning to expand its London portfolio still further by offering two more properties; Providence Tower in Canary Wharf and Euston Reach in the King’s Cross area, to add to more than 350 Skyline serviced apartments throughout London.

It seems the sky is the limit for this passionate and dynamic enterprise.
